By downloading, installing, or using TestLo ("the App" or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TestLo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us").

Eligibility

Age Requirement — You must be at least 18 years old to create an institute account. Students under 18 may use the app under supervision of their institute.

Legal Capacity — You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

Business Use — Institute accounts must represent legitimate educational institutions or tutoring businesses.

Account Registration

Accurate Information — You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Security — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

One Account — You may not create multiple accounts for the same institute without prior written consent.

No Transfer — Your account is personal and non-transferable without our written approval.

Permitted Use

You may use TestLo to:

Manage your coaching institute — Add students, create batches, track attendance, collect fees, and send notices.

Generate and administer quizzes — Create AI-powered MCQ quizzes and assign them to students.

Communicate with students — Use the community feature for educational discussions and announcements.

Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

Illegal Use — Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws.

Harmful Content — Upload, post, or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harassing.

Reverse Engineering — Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the App.

Data Scraping — Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform.

Impersonation — Impersonate any person, institute, or entity.

Interference — Disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.

Reselling — Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without permission.

AI-Generated Content

Our quiz generator uses AI to create MCQ content. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated quizzes may contain errors or inaccuracies; (b) you are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing to students; (c) we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or educational appropriateness of AI-generated quizzes.

Intellectual Property

Our IP — All software, designs, trademarks, and content of TestLo are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

Your Content — You retain ownership of content you upload (quiz questions, notices, etc.). You grant us a license to store, display, and process this content to provide the Services.

Feedback — Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation.

Subscription & Payments

Billing — Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR) + applicable GST.

Auto-renewal — Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Price Changes — We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Failed Payments — Access may be suspended for failed payments. A 7-day grace period is provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TestLo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data in our platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in [City], India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
