TestLo is a 100% digital software platform. All our products and services — including subscriptions, quiz credits, ID card generation, and certificates — are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods shipped for standard service usage.

We may offer physical merchandise such as branded stationery, printed ID card lanyards, or study materials in the future. When available, the following shipping terms will apply:
Delivery Issues
For digital products: if you have not received access or downloads within 24 hours of payment, contact support@testlo.in. For physical goods (when applicable): lost or damaged shipments will be investigated and replaced or refunded within 7 business days of reporting.
