Digital-First Platform

TestLo is a 100% digital software platform. All our products and services — including subscriptions, quiz credits, ID card generation, and certificates — are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods shipped for standard service usage.

Digital Delivery

App Access — Available immediately upon subscription via Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Certificates — Student achievement certificates are generated and delivered digitally as downloadable PDFs within the app.

ID Cards — Student ID cards are generated digitally and available for download/sharing within the app.

Invoices & Receipts — Fee receipts and subscription invoices are sent to your registered email immediately upon payment.

Quiz Credits — Additional AI quiz generation credits are added to your account instantly upon purchase.

Physical Merchandise (Future)

We may offer physical merchandise such as branded stationery, printed ID card lanyards, or study materials in the future. When available, the following shipping terms will apply:

Processing Time — 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

Standard Delivery (India) — 5–7 business days via partner courier services.

Express Delivery — 2–3 business days at additional cost.

International Shipping — Not available at this time.

Shipping Charges — Free on orders above ₹999. ₹99 flat fee for orders below ₹999.

Delivery Issues

For digital products: if you have not received access or downloads within 24 hours of payment, contact support@testlo.in. For physical goods (when applicable): lost or damaged shipments will be investigated and replaced or refunded within 7 business days of reporting.
