When and how you can get a refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with TestLo. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a fair and transparent refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their first payment. This applies to:

New Accounts β€” First-time subscribers who are dissatisfied with the product for any reason.
How to Claim β€” Email billing@testlo.in with subject "Refund Request" and your registered email. Include your reason (optional) to help us improve.
Processing Time β€” Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Plans β€” Refunds are available within 7 days of each billing cycle if the service was substantially unavailable due to our fault.
Annual Plans β€” Pro-rated refunds are available for unused months if you cancel within the first 3 months. After 3 months, no refunds are issued for annual plans.
Downgrade Refunds β€” No refunds are issued for unused portion when downgrading between plans.
Auto-Renewed Billing β€” If you forgot to cancel before renewal, contact us within 48 hours and we will evaluate a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Quiz Credit Refunds

Unused Credits β€” Quiz credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except in case of a technical error on our platform.
Failed Generation β€” Credits consumed by a quiz that failed to generate due to our system error will be automatically refunded to your account.
Expiry β€” Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account is active.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Change of Mind After 30 Days β€” After the 30-day money-back period for new subscribers.
Violation of Terms β€” Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Use.
Partial Usage β€” Refunds are not given for partially used subscription months.
Third-Party Issues β€” Issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party integrations.
Promotional Plans β€” Discounted or promotional subscriptions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Service Disruptions

If TestLo experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our infrastructure failure, affected subscribers are eligible for a proportionate credit to their next billing cycle. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

Refund Process

Step 1 β€” Submit Request β€” Email billing@testlo.in with your registered email, invoice number, and reason.
Step 2 β€” Review (1–2 Business Days) β€” Our billing team reviews your request and may ask for additional information.
Step 3 β€” Approval β€” You receive an email confirming approval or explaining why the request was denied.
Step 4 β€” Processing (5–7 Business Days) β€” Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. UPI/bank transfers may take 3–5 additional business days.

GST on Refunds

Refunds are processed for the net amount paid. GST paid on original transactions is governed by GST regulations and may be refunded as credit in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate to legal@testlo.in. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly. For unresolved disputes, the matter shall be subject to arbitration as per our Terms of Use.
